Double Dose - Oct. 25, 2013 - Prayer Poem and Pineal Stargate, Circa 2009

- Lord, Bless me, for I am Thine -

Oh, what ardent and primordial force within me!
That lets me live! and know life!

What a blessing to know there is a place, a time,
before and after, in which we always are in love,
forever reminding each other how beautiful we are.
How lovely indeed!

Pineal Stargate allows time-jump. Ourselves in future.
Evolution. As light. Love, embodied.
Connected in heart & dream.

Daily Dose - Oct. 25, 2013 - Freya'sDay/Venus - Dreams of Mastery

In June of 2009 I had a dream which I would like to share with you today for the Daily Dose.

I was learning some kind of Qi-Gong & Martial Art from a Master Monk (I say some kind because it was a form I'd never seen).

He told me,
"Mastery is observance, patience, and proper application.

It is kind and gentle yet strong and unstoppable.

The jewel within is Balance.

Mastery is found in the subtlety."

After some time of teaching me some very powerful and beautiful  breath and movement techniques, he went on to tell me,
"Self mastery is knowing all there is to know;
not because you've learned it, but because you know it.
It is finding something new in every repetition of pattern.
Seeing the extravagant in the mundane.
Seeing all there is to see not because you have to or want to,
but because it is already in your vision.
It is noticing everything in Life today
which you did not yesterday,
and tomorrow what you did not today."

Be your own master.
Have a loving Friday! <3

Thoughts on Deity and Alien Encounters, Cosmic Feminine & Time, Circa 2008

There seems to be a sub-linguistic (or extra-linguistic!) super-conscious phenomenological and hyper-spatial network of living and procreative drive permeating the cosmos, feeding life into the universe and into itself. A network that is absolutely every where and seems perfect, self supporting and thriving. The fascinating thing is that this phenomena exists outside of Time. Or rather, our perception of time is a side effect of localized consciousness, which comes about in the process of returning to and being eternity. But even more fascinating is that the experience of this is that of being out side of time, and part of a celestial community, an immortal family of Gods, if you will, which can at all times choose to be and in fact are each piece of the whole, each branch and leaf of the tree, and the entire tree itself.

It's an experience that is so tremendously alien, but brings certainty that it is the very source of humanness. In Alien dream time one can traverse the universe and transcend the body by attuning one self, attuning the mind (i.e. the brain and heart frequencies) to the cosmic rhythm, which is created by the network, which oddly enough (or not so!) turns out to be us in our pure, eternal form: collective and singular, ever pulling ourselves towards ourselves.

It all is - all of Life - actually a song, the ultimate jam, the most perfect work of art, the ultimate form of expression. That's what it all comes down to, that's what it's always been about since as far back as we as a species can remember. Each of us just wants to be heard, to be understood, to be appreciated, to be Loved.

But that kind of experience has no place in an Ego driven, materialistic, self-obsessed society, where every decision is first run through and analyzed by rationale that functions only to find the personal and commercial benefit in any given situation. Mine, Me, and I are the cancers and pathologies that have starved this society and culture into a decrepit and self loathing monster that must destroy all that surrounds itself to feel satisfied, fulfilled and in a position of power.

It's the lack of a Feminine presence in our souls that has lead to this. No, the feminine presence in our souls that is denied by the status quo which has left our daily lives empty. It is this which is healed and made whole by the Alien, by visions of understanding, and by stepping outside of Time.

10,000 yr Old Radioactive Ash in India, Ancient Aliens, the Mahabharata, Vimana, and the True History and Identity of Humans

Bless!
So yesterday I saw and shared the following article/link on facebook:
http://www.altering-perspectives.com/2013/10/ancient-city-discovered-in-india.html

Ruins of Harappa
It talks about an ancient city that was discovered under and around Rajasthan, India, where new construction was taking place. The area has long been known for high cancer and birth defect rates, but until this recent discovery, it was not known why. The ancient city shows signs of what could only be an atomic blast, including a thick layer of (still) highly radioactive ash and vitrified buildings. Scientists have deduced that the atomic blast happened between 8,000 and 12,000 years ago. Obviously no one on this planet had nuclear/atomic technology in that time (at least not according to our current concept of history), but if you are familiar with Indian history or Vedic philosophy and writings,  or Ancient Alien theories then it's likely your mind went in the same direction as the article - Vimanas written of in the Mahabharata.

The Mahabharata is an ancient sacred Indian text that was written in 6,500 BC at the latest (which means it could be - and I speculate probably is - much older.) The following is from http://veda.wikidot.com/mahabharata.
"With more than 74,000 verses, long prose passages, and some 1.8 million words in total, it is one of the longest epic poems in the world. Taken together with the Harivamsa, the Mahabharata has a total length of more than 90,000 verses.
“The Epic,” as it is sometimes called, continues to be performed and read all over India. The title may be translated as "the great tale of the Bharata Dynasty", according to the Mahābhārata's own testimony extended from a shorter version simply called Bhārata of 24,000 verses, “The Epic,” is part of the Hindu itihāsa, literally "that which happened", along with the Ramayana and the Purāṇas."

Depiction of Vimana, "Flying Palace/Chariot" in the air with turbulent clouds underneath.

  • I want to make a note of the that last line; "'The Epic,' is part of the Hindu itihasa, literally 'that which happened'". Since the birth of "science" the general attitude towards almost all ancient texts, creation "myths", stories and "mythologies" has been that they are simply the imaginative wanderings of primitive and superstitious people desperately seeking to comfort themselves in a world of so much uncertainty, reduced to nothing more than religious or cultural phenomena and peculiarities.

But the truth is that our ancestors all across the globe were not any dumber or more "primitive" than you or I sitting at our computers, or the most intelligent among our current populations. In fact, the ancient people of the world have proven over and over again to have been more intelligent than most of people in this 'modern age' as science is proving more and more that ancient (once called primitive or uncivilized) cultures had astounding amount of accurate knowledge in Astronomy, Mathematics, Geometry, Biology, Physics, Psychology, Geology, understanding of Time, and Philosophy. And the presence of complex understanding of these subjects was not isolated to any particular tribe or empire or even country, but is found on every continent much earlier than what our current historical paradigm says people were able to travel long distance, and especially over seas.

We wouldn't write a fantasy or fiction novel and call it a historical account. And if we did it certainly wouldn't gain country and world wide acclaim or be considered credible, and even revered thousands of years later, so why would we think this is the case for the Mahabharata?

Within the Mahabharata (as you can read in the first article mentioned) are many accounts of what it's authors called Vimanas, "Flying Palace/Chariot," that thunderously (or quietly!) were flown across the skies by an advanced race of beings (see why I mentioned Ancient Alien theory?). In the Mahabharata (remember, "that which happened" means it was intended as an historical account) it is said that those who drove and flew on the Vimana were involved in a war amongst themselves, and recounts in several instances the powerful weaponry and technology aboard the Vimana available for use, including atomic/nuclear capability. According to the Mahabharata, not only was this available to Vimana pilots, but it was used, and on more than one occasion.

In the article, "Historian Kisari Mohan Ganguli says that Indian sacred writings are full of such descriptions, which sound like an atomic blast as experienced in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. He says references mention fighting sky chariots and final weapons. An ancient battle is described in the Drona Parva, a section of the Mahabharata.
"The passage tells of combat where explosions of final weapons decimate entire armies, causing crowds of warriors with steeds and elephants and weapons to be carried away as if they were dry leaves of trees," says Ganguli.
"Instead of mushroom clouds, the writer describes a perpendicular explosion with its billowing smoke clouds as consecutive openings of giant parasols. There are comments about the contamination of food and people's hair falling out.""
The following is translated directly from the Mahabharata:

"…a single projectile
Charged with all the power of the Universe.
An incandescent column of smoke and flame
As bright as the thousand suns
Rose in all its splendour…
a perpendicular explosion
with its billowing smoke clouds…
…the cloud of smoke
rising after its first explosion
formed into expanding round circles
like the opening of giant parasols…
..it was an unknown weapon,
An iron thunderbolt,
A gigantic messenger of death,
Which reduced to ashes
The entire race of the Vrishnis and the Andhakas.
…The corpses were so burned
As to be unrecognisable.
The hair and nails fell out;
Pottery broke without apparent cause,
And the birds turned white.
After a few hours
All foodstuffs were infected…
…to escape from this fire
The soldiers threw themselves in streams
To wash themselves and their equipment."

The Mahabharata and Vimanas have been one of several long standing cultural and historic accounts of proof for Ancient Alien Theorists, but now, with the discovery of the radioactive ash, remains/bones (yes the article mentions highly radioactive bones and corpses that (perhaps not so strange and) interestingly enough have hardly decomposed for their age) and vitrified structures (that match and link to ruins and anomalous craters with no meteor fragments in other parts of India and other countries, including China, which have had no explanation) at least there is some solid proof of the credibility and truth to the ancient texts of the Mahabharata as a factual and historical account, which means there's one more piece of proof and reason that Western main stream science and Academia must let go of it's prejudice and preconceived notions and concepts about the past, it's time lines and ancient people, cease the purposeful misleading and tampering of human history, and disclose the truth about advanced ancient civilizations, past and present alien presence/existence and the truth about who we really are as a species and what we are capable of.

Please research on your own for more info on all the subjects this post talks about. All I am presenting here and indeed in anything I write or say is from my own experience of reality and is just food for thought. For the sake of length, there are a lot of things I left out including tribal creation stories and art being exact metaphors for sexual reproductive process and birth detailing chromosomal sharing and duplication, etc., modern day Chinese efforts to build a pyramid the same as Giza pyramid with modern tech and failed, Mayan, Incan, Egyptian, Asian, Islander ancient architectural precision and detail can not be replicated with any of today's tech, nor can Megalithic stones present on so many continents be moved much less erected, fit together, or constructed properly with our tech, etc., etc.

Suggested reading/watching for starters:

Daily Dose - Oct 23, 2013 - Woden'sDay/Mercury/Thoth - Mercury Retro, Scorpio, Tantra & Tao.

Hey ah! How's every body's Mercury Retrograde been so far? It's only been three days, but it feels like it's been much longer to me. That might have something to do with the fact that it's retrograde in Scorpio, and My Sun sign and ascendant is Scorpio AND both Mercury and Pluto are in Scorpio in my natal chart. Yea.

Anyway, it's definitely been deep and I enjoy that (^ as you may be able to tell). I've also been in a creative current for a bit, and I am happy to say that all is good and well :). Here's your Dose ;).

  • If it's not spontaneous it's not Spirit.
  • All you need to do is breathe easily. The breath will bring awareness to your actions. From here, all that remains is to enjoy. The breath itself focuses, it is Brahma giving us life every moment. We are uneasy only when we resist. Simply allow the breath to come and go. The next step is to enjoy it, and appreciate it. Like this, there will be joy and gratitude in all that you do and there is no resistance at all, there is only enjoyment. The Pranic river of being can flow into you and your life unrestricted and free. This is Yoga. This is Zen. This is Tantra. This is Tao.
  • If you want to be fulfilled and productive drop anything you "should" do. Then, just do.

"When a superior man hears of the Tao,
he immediately begins to embody it.
When an average man hears of the Tao,
he half believes it, half doubts it.
When a foolish man hears of the Tao,
he laughs out loud.
If he didn't laugh,
it wouldn't be the Tao.

Thus it is said:
The path into light seems dark,
the path forward seems to go back,
the direct path seems long,
true power seems weak,
true purity seems tarnished,
true steadfastness seems changeable,
true clarity seems obcsure,
the greatest art seems unsophisticated,
the greatest love seems indifferent,
the greatest wisdom seems childish.

The Tao is nowhere to be found.
Yet it nourishes and completes all things."

Daily Dose - Oct. 21 2013 - MoonDay/Shiva/Luna - Shiva, Yoga, & Peace.

What a powerful week and a half we have just passed through! With that full moon in Aries plus the eclipse, we're all experiencing very potent shifts! Today's daily dose contains a couple of my quotes on Yoga. If you are not practicing Yoga (which includes many branches and styles) or something similar (Qi Gong, Tai Chi, etc.) I invite you to receive these words as confirmation to start or go deeper! These systems of spiritual science teach and allow us to embrace the quickly shifting and changing times, and how to smoothly ride through the experiences of life, especially if they are difficult or challenging.

Monday is often considered Shiva's day of the week (as if they weren't all his ;P ) and is a particularly good and auspicious day to fast.

  • Yoga teaches us stability in life. It does so by giving stability to the body and mind, and so it is reflected in Life. Sometimes we fall or stumble, but we do so sincerely, and are stronger and kinder for it.
  • Yoga is not just stretching; it requires a commitment to become strong; to be strong and adaptive, being firm and elastic simultaneously, in the body and the mind.
  • When we slow the breath and focus the mind, the bliss of stillness enters our awareness. By this state of being we perceive and experience the miracle of life constantly - peace is the result of this.

"The Tao never does anything,
yet through it all things are done.

If powerful men and women
could center themselves in it,
the whole world would be transformed
by itself, in its natural rhythms.
People would be content
with their simple, everyday lives,
in harmony, and free of desire.

When there is no desire,
all things are at peace."

Daily Dose - Oct 13 2013 - SUNday/Helios/Ra - Life is Vibrant, Patient, and Flowing

  • I have a sometimes frustrating tendency to quickly mark any white clothes I've been given*. Does that in some way reflect how easily my mind falters? Or that I am inevitably doomed to constantly fall short (even if by a pen-point sized margins) of any kind of perfection? How gloomy.

Nay, I think not. I think such marks are healthy expressions of character (and cosmic humor). The Mystery is endless, so is the journey through and of it. The key to the enigmatic goal of realization is the Presence of Love and the magic of gratitude. Such, I think, are the colorful marks of character that make life vibrant, exciting and new.
-circa 2010 * since then this no longer seems to be an issue ;).
  • Learning patience can not be rushed.

"The Master gives himself up
to whatever the moment brings.
He knows that he is going to die,
and he has nothing left to hold on to:
no illusions in his mind,
no resistances in his body.
He doesn't think about his actions;
they flow from the core of his being.
He holds nothing back from life;
therefore he is ready for death,
as a man is ready for sleep
after a good day's work."

Oct 9 2013 - Wednesday/Woden's Day/Mercury/Thoth - Emotions, Yoga & Letting

  • Things happen, Life happens, there's nothing we can do about that. Our reactions to those things, however, dictate how we experience life, and the quality of that experience.

Essentially, the reality of our happiness is a reality and decision we either create or deny by our every day actions and attitude - we can choose to smile and be grateful and joyous for our life - and all that it is - or we can choose otherwise. The former is Yoga.
  • Having the ability to witness emotional reactions within the body and mind and choosing to release the proceeding attachment to and identification with that reaction and emotion is Yoga. Thus we are never disturbed from our sense of peace and experience life with clarity and joy.

"The gentlest thing in the world
overcomes the hardest thing in the world.
That which has no substance
enters where there is no space.
This shows the value of non-action.

Teaching without words,
performing without actions:
that is the Master's way."

Daily Dose - Oct 8 2013 - Tuesday/Mars/Thor - Medicine Music Video ~ Angels Singing in My Head - Miguel Antonio

Tuesday in considered to be ruled by Mars, a planet of action and all that such entails. Associated with Ares (the Greek God) and Aries (the astrological archetype) as well as with Scorpio, secondary to Pluto since its discovery.

For me this day had quite a bit of leisure throughout it, but I was happy to have done some reading and writing - admittedly activities that could also count for leisure ;) - and I recorded a video of a song I've been working on.

Though the video is only a few minutes long, there's a tricky part half way through it and I had to restart several times, and uploads onto youtube (as well as the program I use to upload video from my cam to comp) take extraordinarily long to load/save, etc. So I did spend a considerable amount of time doing stuff in between all that. x) Anyways,

Here it is. Enjoy :)

Daily Dose - Oct 7 2013 - MoonDay/Cancer/Yemanja - Dreams, Emotion & Perspective

  • Are you dreaming right now? Seriously, think about it, check your reality, physically and mentally. Look at your hand, your surroundings, does everything look normal? Do you remember putting everything where it is now? Where were you 30 min ago and what were you doing? An hour ago? Scrutinize every detail that comes to mind. Do this twice an hour and you'll be well on your way to having lucid dreams. Keep a Dream Journal, too.
  • We may seem small in the scope of things, but can lead big lives if we live in love.
  • Have you ever thought, we are each at the center of our lives, our universe, and we experience each other and ourselves from this particular point of perception.
  • Sincerely, we must know our emotions before we can control them. If that is what one is striving for.

"True perfection seems imperfect,
yet it is perfectly itself.
True fullness seems empty,
yet it is fully present.

True straightness seems crooked.
True wisdom seems foolish.
True art seems artless.

The Master allows things to happen.
She shapes events as they come.
She steps out of the way
and lets the Tao speak for itself."

Daily Dose - Oct. 6 2013 - SUN-day/Helios/Ra - Stillness, Gratitude and Master Oogway

  • Do not let fear of vulnerability get in the way living the life you are called to live, nor in the way of loving others and letting them know it.
    • ~ I'm more than half sure that's a proper use of 'nor', which I used because I was mostly certain 'or' would've been incorrect, right? x)
  • If it's not spontaneous it's not Spirit.
  • Through the body, we become mindful of the breath, and through the breath, we gain awareness of mindful stillness. From here, this mindful stillness, we can experience life joyfully, because we see that the more grateful we are for life, the more deeply we perceive, and likewise, the more there is to appreciate. If we feel at ease and peaceful within, create that for ourselves, life's situations and experience will reflect ease, satisfaction and fulfillment.

"You mind is like this water my friend. When it is agitated, it becomes difficult to see. But if you allow it to settle, the answer becomes clear."

"Fill your bowl to the brim
and it will spill.
Keep sharpening your knife
and it will blunt.
Chase after money and security
and your heart will never unclench.
Care about people's approval
and you will be their prisoner.

Do your work, then step back.
The only path to serenity."

Daily Dose - Oct 5 2013 - Saturn/Kronos/ ~ Death, Time, & Discipline

  • Live to learn how to die. We are given time on this planet in these bodies to 'die' and be 'reborn' before physical death, so we may know and remember the meaning, beauty and power of life, our purpose here, and the immortality of our spirit.
    • If you know me/are local, make sure you attend one of my YogiShaman Trance Breath Empowerment or other Shamanic Journey workshops to experience this Alchemical process and transformation. Visit www.Miguelfl.com for more info.
  • Does the way you live your life make you grateful? If it doesn't make you grateful don't waste your time. If we are unsatisfied we must ask why. In time the answers will come. Stay open.
  • Each of us will, at some point or other, leave this life and this body. When it is time, Death comes for us all. It may be tomorrow, in 80 years or even today, but rest assured, he will come.
This can be a source of stress, worry and fear, or a source of empowerment and enlightenment. So let us not waste our time here, and truly life live, enjoy all it has to offer, knowing the sacred in all things, being kind to ourselves and others and being grateful for this day, this breath.
  • Time will heal all our wounds, and forgive us all our trespasses against ourselves and others and make us wise. For this healing and liberation to begin, however, we must set ourselves to our way without harming self or other.

Make choices that help and support rather than hinder and cause guilt or fear. Thought we may stumble or fall, even many times each day, we have from then on to become better, to become who we wish to be, who we really are.

Look, and it can't be seen.
Listen, and it can't be heard.
Reach, and it can't be grasped.

Above, it isn't bright.
Below, it isn't dark.
Seamless, unnamable,
it returns to the realm of nothing.
From that includes all forms,
image without an image,
subtle, beyond all coneption.

Approach it and there is no beginning;
follow it and there is no end.
You can't know it, but you can be it,
at ease in your own life.
Just realize where you come from:
this is the essence of wisdom.

Daily Dose - Oct 4, 2013 - Friday/Venus/Libra/Hathor ~ New Moon in Libra!

I've been revisiting a lot of  my old writings (and emotions!) the last few days, which seems to be very fitting for this New Moon we're experiencing. I wish a smooth, balanced and liberating new moon to all of you, and hope you find today's dose both appropriate and supportive for this transition! Bless

  • The more I choose to feel gratitude, the more there is in my life to be grateful for.

The world of abundance exists through the doors of Peace.
The key that opens those doors is Gratitude.

Only when we are grateful for all our experience, for all of life just the way it is - only then do we open ourselves, our life, and our very consciousness to change - only then do we gracefully accept, embrace and create transformation.
    -Miguel Antonio

  • When we learn to breathe efficiently and correctly, then all we do in life will be done efficiently and correctly.

Breath is the constant within all our activities and spectrum of life and thought.

When we can breathe with gratitude always and deliberately, then all actions are done in thanks and joy, bearing the fruits of peace and a constantly beautiful experience.

Life becomes and endless stream of miracles.
    -Miguel Antonio

Whoever is planted in the Tao
    will not be rooted up.
    Whoever embraces the Tao
    will not slip away.
Her name will be held in honor from generation to generation.

Let the Tao be present in your life
    and you will become genuine.
Let it be present in your family
    and your family will flourish.
Let it be present in your country
and your country will be an example
to all countries in the world.
Let it be present in the universe
    and the universe will sing.

How do I know this is true?
    By looking inside myself.

Silent Love, circa 2008

Though there have been many distraction
The sound of silence once more reveals herself
And I once again hear the wind beckon me

It is the sound of eternal movement
forever being still
such Grace, such Effulgence
it awakens itself within our hearts
and once stirred, nothing is ever the same again.

This sound, this space, this presence within me,
it calls upon me, as if of itself
it teaches and directs me,
restores me; as one of her own

That sound, it lets me feel my blood; feel my heart beat
and within me I can see my relatives;
see my ancestors.
And within me I can see you.

I can see our cells, dancing the dance of love;
forever just one moment away from catching up with each other
where upon the slightest touch would create such emotion,
the world would melt before our eyes,
and all the mystery of the universe would stand with us,
revealed and untainted, just to be known.

And this, as the Earth crumbles in anticipation,
would heave open all the space between lovers,
to let everybody see
just what was here this whole time.

Daily Dose - Oct 3, 2013

  • When we judge anyone in anyway, we are actually judging ourselves. When we think someone is "closed off" or narrow minded, it is in fact our own self that is exhibiting and experiencing that condition.
  • Remember, it is the natural tendency of everything and everyone to evolve. This is the path of least resistance.

From chapter 34, "Impermanence of All Things" of the Kural

    • There is no baser folly than the infatuation
that looks upon the ephemeral as if it were everlasting.
      - 331
    • Do good deeds with a sense of urgency,
before death's approaching rattle strangles the tongue.
      - 336

"Success is as dangerous as failure.
Hope is as hollow as fear.

What does it mean that success is as dangerous as failure?
Whether you go up the ladder or down it, you position is shaky.
When you stand with your two feet on the ground,
you will always keep your balance.

What does it mean that hope is as hollow as fear?
Hope and fear are both phantoms
that arise from thinking of the self.
When we don't see the self as self,
what do we have to fear?

See the world as your self.
Have faith in the way things are.
Love the world as your self,
then you can care for all things."
